What might I risk socially if I questioned this belief or behaved differently? What approval or safety does conformity provide?
Where do I repeat, reward, or enforce this pattern—even when I criticize it in others?
What evidence, lived experience, and alternative perspectives deserve consideration? How can I question this without simply adopting the opposite position?
What belief or behavior do I want to keep, revise, or release—and what concrete action would express that choice?
